Introduction and Characteristics:
Round Block Plummer Block Housing Units.
The housing is round, typically fixed via an independent clamping device or adapter.
The round design provides 360-degree full self-alignment capability, allowing it to accommodate more severe misalignment compared to square or diamond blocks.
In some designs, the round block can be easily installed inside pipes or circular holes.
Typical Applications:
Suitable for heavy-duty, low-speed applications with significant alignment errors or shaft deflection, such as mining machinery, heavy vibrating equipment, etc.
